Help Needed

I need to fix my Embroidery Machine - Singer XL5000

Does anybody know where I can fix my Singer XL5000 embroidery machine in Brooklyn, NY, New Jersey area. I tried one shop in New Jersey and one in Brooklyn, but they did not do a good job.

have u cleaned it,tore it apart?I keep qtips(helps pick up dust from thread},flashlight tweezers.and magnafier close to my machine. I make a rule ,every weekend I clean my machines. I have 2 ,brother and singer.,

Now bobbin place stoped working at all :(.
I got somebody in Queens. They could not fix it in theirs place, so sent it to Singer :(.
Hope I'll get it back in working condition. Too much money to throw out this machine of 4 years old :(.

I have the Singer XL6000 - always have had tension problems and there doesn't seem to be a fix for mine - hope you have better luck with your machine
