Tennis

I am training here in Florida (tennis of course) and was watching the Australian Open. It really does make you appreciate and respect how much hard work goes into everything they try to accomplish.

I hope everyone realizes that it is not only tennis that they do. They do gym work, track work, nutrition, and mental training. All of this is essential. Post some projects up and I will gladly praise and critique the various elements of your game.

The person that we would all love to play like is Federer because of his fluidity, and technique. Basically tips are hard to give without seeing your current videos! Post some showcasing, or how to, or need help with it.

1: slow motion
